As a Data Engineering Director, I intervene on multiple scopes either as a head of the software engineering team or as part of consulting missions.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities as part of the Software Engineering team:\\\\n- Selling consulting missions: Framed and pitched the value proposition for each mission sold involving software engineering resources.\\\\n\\\\n- Partnerships: Built and framed partnerships with software companies willing to work with us. We design together the product vision that will be pushed to the clients.\\\\n\\\\n- Nearshore offices: Hired software engineers for Artefact nearshore offices.\\\\n\\\\n- Staffing: Involved in the staffing process of the team to match the right people with the right mission.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities as part of consulting missions:\\\\nAs a tech lead, I am in charge of framing, designing and building solutions in production for our clients. Over the last years, I have led 3 main types of missions:\\\\n\\\\n- Cloud foundation missions: Designed and set up a cloud infrastructure for large corporations to scale the usage of cloud capabilities at the company level.(Ref: main French Telecom company)\\\\n\\\\n- Data platform missions: Designed and built data warehouse solutions in production at a company level. It includes a native integration of data governance to make the platform usable by a large population.(Ref: 2 pharmaceutical companies)\\\\n\\\\n- AI factory missions: Scaled the industrialisation of ML / AI models. Designed and built an industrialisation framework to facilitate the move of ML / AI models in production while taking into consideration security, network, architecture and ops requirements.(Ref: French retail company)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
