Jeana Kobielsky has been a professional Corporate Recruiter since 1997. Jeana managed one of the top branches of a national staffing company in Newport Beach, California after being a lead flight attendant for an international airline. Her insight and judgment allow her to create opportunity for people, along with a great aptitude for successfully identifying, qualifying, and placing all levels of employees. Jeana has been specializing in mortgage recruiting since 2005. Initially, she was approached by the mortgage industry professional to help grow the production staff for a California based mortgage company; however, early on her expertise was used to help staff operation employees along with production staff. Her professionalism and ability to work with all employees has given her many roles over her tenure as a Recruiter. She is diversified with marketing, customer service, management, sales, and training. She believes in the possibility of people by fostering relationships to get the absolute best result in ones performance, which has proven her successful over the years.In 2011, Jeana launched her own recruiting company, Synergy Recruiting Solutions, Inc, where she has continued success working with companies in different business sectors.
