Project: Azure Sales Training: Lead ID and facilitator for converting ILT Azure Sales Manager training to a synchronous and asynchronous VILT using Microsoft Teams, real-time group learning activities and individual, self-paced learning assignments to help managers reframe the sales process for their teams. Created BizApps sales program for all levels of the organization. Project: Sales Training Seminar Conversion to Virtual: Led team of instructional designers to convert two-day ILT sales training seminar into virtual, asynchronous learning experience for global Microsoft industry sales team members from Directors to junior team members. Worked with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure learning-centered approach that reinforced sales and business priorities
