About Jeana Fraser

I am on the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) External Communications team in Media Relations and Digital Marketing, where I support media relations, curate lockheedmartin.com content and lead MFC investor relations.Before, I was in Employee and Executive Communications at the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Training and Logistics Solutions business. I engaged employees through communications content, developed content for leaders, supported employee volunteerism, cultivated community partnerships and led local media engagements. Also, I completed rotations with the RMS Protocol and Events and Global Diversity and Inclusion Communications teams.I graduated from the Communications Leadership Development Program. I did two one-year rotations at RMS in External Communications in Washington, DC, and Space in Internal Communications in Denver, CO.During my time at the RMS Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors (IWSS) business, I worked with the Accelerated Innovation Campaign team for Directed Energy communications; planned strategic communications support for the IWSS portfolio, including social media strategy and media outreach; created external web content for lockheedmartin.com while supporting ongoing website redesign work; and assisted with advertising efforts.At Space, I worked on the Enterprise Communications team. I wrote InsideLM content; supported legal communications; created a communications strategy plan for ethics communications; developed a Slack communications plan; assisted with newsletter communications for employees; led and organized the LMIQ talks at Space Symposium; ran virtual community relations engagements; and executed executive communications projects.In 2020, I graduated from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications with a B.S. in public relations and a business concentration. Also, I obtained my M.A. in mass communication with a public relations and communications management specialization from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications.
