ABOUT JEAN TOMLIN

Founder and CEO of Chanzo (formerly Tomlin & Co), Jean is a global business leader with extensive experience working alongside CEO’s and across multiple stakeholders in the private and public sectors.Following the successful delivery of the London 2012 Games, Jean founded Tomlin & Co in addition to being invited to take up a range of Non-Executive Board Directorships. Most recently Tomlin & Co has grown and become Chanzo. Chanzo stands for source and the most basic of all human truths - that every day people come to work to do something special. Workforce budgets typically represent one of the top 3 budget lines for major event organisers\' and we work with them to optimize and then leverage that expenditure whilst creating the conditions that allow everybody in their organisation to do something special - with brilliant results for their clients and customers. Current Portfolio- Independent Board Director, Capri Holdings (NYSE)- Non Executive Board Director Aston Martin LagondaJean has delivered a series of landmark Start-Up and Transformation programmes, most notably mobilising the UK’s largest peace-time workforce of including the universally-acclaimed Games Makers, for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.Awards and Recognition- OBE for services to the Olympic and Paralympic Games- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development First Special Achievement Award for contribution to Human Resources practice- numerous awards received on behalf of Games Maker volunteers including HM The Queen\'s Award for Volunteering- Distinguished Alumni, Loughborough UniversityJean is an experienced public speaker on a range of topics including Leadership, Organisation Cultural Change and Organisation Effectiveness.
