As an Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Security Manager, I have over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing safety strategies, programs, and policies for various industries, including Mining, Industrial Construction, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy and Health Care. I hold a CRSP designation, and NCSO designation and a certificate in occupational health and safety from the University of New Brunswick. My mission is to promote a culture of safety excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across the organization, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. I have successfully led and supported multiple projects, teams, and clients in achieving zero injuries and low incident rates, enhancing hazard recognition and control, and improving quality and productivity.
