Who in the world am I? Ah, that\'s the great puzzle.\"- Lewis CarrollI am the person who strives to piece together information to build out the puzzle to help drive success. I am the person who embraces challenges, asks questions, analyzes data, builds relationships, drives resolutions, solves problems, manages workloads, and continues to learn. I have always been good at organizing and leading by example. I remember early on in my career being praised for being able to lead my team in rearranging over 600 square feet of merchandise in one night. I have been good at finding ways to work efficiently and effectively. On one particular occasion, my work stats were high which led my manager to question if it was low quality. Upon investigation, they learned my output and quality were both impressively high. I am well known as the person who gets the tough questions. In Customer Support, the 2nd level team would tell me they knew when I called it would be challenging, but rewarding task. I am dedicated and seen as a go-to person to resolve tough issues. I continually build my knowledge set to help understand and solve issues. Many people gave me the nickname \'queen Jean\'- I was even given a crown.
