ABOUT JEAN MARIE DRUMARE

Experienced hotel manager, with over 20 years of experience in the field. During these years, I had the opportunity to work in various hotel establishments with 80 to 800 rooms, thus acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the industry. For seven years, I had the privilege of working in London, where I was able to develop my hotel management skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment. This experience allowed me to become bilingual in English, which allows me to interact effectively with international teams and a diverse clientele. I am also bilingual in Spanish thanks to my daily practice in my family environment and my many trips to Colombia. I have a solid experience in managing many multicultural teams (from 10 to 50 people), which allowed me to develop leadership, communication and problem solving skills. I have always strived to create a positive and motivating work environment, thus fostering collaboration and team excellence. In addition, I also gained valuable experience in managing renovation works within hotels. I have successfully overseen several renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Budget management is also one of my key skills. I have a solid experience in establishing and managing budgets for hotel establishments of various sizes, ranging from 80 to 800 rooms. I developed skills in financial analysis, revenue forecasting and cost control, which allowed me to optimize the financial performance of the hotels I managed. In summary, as a hotel manager with more than 20 years of experience, including 7 years in London, bilingual in English and Spanish, knowing how to manage many multicultural teams, renovation works and the creation and management of budgets, I am a dedicated and passionate professional in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years. I am constantly looking for opportunities to bring my expertise and contribute to the success of hotel establishments.
