As of today, taking part to the electrification challenge of STLA, I am responsible for light commercial vehicles electrical powertrain projects. As system chief engineer, my mission is to ensure the launches of our electrical powertrain, IDCM, BAT, and Dress-up systems in accordance with QCTP. My responsibilities include:• Negotiating objectives with Product and Program• Forming the project team \"system table\"• Leading collaborators within the system table, including sub-system chief engineers, cost managers, family managers, calibration leaders, functional leaders, manufacturing managers, control leaders, SSTM, etc, some of whom are codified at a level equal to or higher than ours!• Overseeing all QCDP activities of the ePWT, IDCM, and BAT systems to meet project objectives and customer expectations.• Arbitrating technical compromises between different sub-systems of the project• Functionally managing teams, ensuring compliance with processes (PSDP, CX), and contributing to the development of team members• Managing the budget and engaging in expenses in line with project frameworks (projects exceeding €50M)• Ensuring primary and secondary launches (globally) in collaboration with various vehicle platforms and top hat projects until mass production• Preparing and presenting all project system milestones at N2 level in GPC3 (CCLP direction), MR PRS, CCLP vehicle/EMEA• Developing and negotiating milestone crossing conditionsLCV projects are complex in terms of technology, TPC in discontinuity, managerial aspects (collaborators spread across three continents), and strategic significance as they cater to a highly competitive market, generating one-third of the group\'s profit (commercial vehicles) and requiring constant adaptations.

ABOUT JEAN-MARC EICKHOFF
Accomplished Senior Engineer with over 25 years of experience in Engineering Design and Development (ED & D). A graduate of the engineering school Arts et Métiers ParisTech, I specialize in project management, engineering, and procurement, particularly within global teams. My career began with 8 years in ePWT NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and 4 years in engine components design with management roles in both areas. I then undertook two significant international assignments: 6 years as ePWT Chief Engineer in Wuhan, China, followed by 2 years as R&D and Procurement Director in India. Since returning to France in 2019, I have successfully carried out various projects. My diverse career path has provided me with a robust technical background and a solid understanding of intercultural dynamics, enabling me to navigate effectively in complex international environments. Throughout my tenure at PSA Group, I have also collaborated with other carmakers such as Renault, Porsche, Mitsubishi, Lotus, and BMW.I have a strong focus on project management, engineering, and procurement, especially in a global team context
