My team is located in France, Germany, United Kingdom and Spain, and they are responsible for qualifying the aircraft systems developped internally in Airbus and externally by our suppliers. We are involved in all hardware and software developments, for the entire Airbus aircraft families, and we are also looking closely at how Artificial Intelligence will change the way to develop and certify the aircraft systems.

ABOUT JEAN-LAURENT SI LARBI
I started my career at Airbus and have been with the company for over 20 years. After many years of supporting airlines in their Flight Operations, I am now involved in Process Assurance for software and hardware within the Design Office. Our mission remains to keep people and planes safe, and my personal mission is to ensure my team is engaged and empowered.Having worked in Toulouse and Beijing, I am now based in Hamburg, managing a transnational team. I lead with a coach approach, convinced that showing trust and respect brings the best results.On the side, I’ve been acting on stage since childhood in various plays, from Molière to English musicals. In theater, I found a real passion to explore creativity and better understand human relationships. I am currently involved with The Hamburg Players English-speaking theater company, always keen to join new projects, whether on stage or behind the scenes.
