   I am currently employed with Tallgrass Talent Group as the Indiana Talent Specialist. I schedule weekend Demo events at Marsh and Target stores for all of Indiana. We can average anywhere from 25-30 demos per day, depending on the season this number can be higher. All hiring is completely done over the telephone and the internet. I use all the latest software, Excel, word, windows 8 and each week after each event is completed the employees upload pictures to me. I work with each new employee before they go out on events to be sure they know how to do the event, the report regarding the event, paperwork to get paid and what to do during the event if any they have any concerns. I am available via the phone or computer during the event if a problem should arise. I would very close with store managers to verify the product is in stock and everything is ready before the event takes place.Website is and we are in all states, but California.
