ABOUT JEAN FABIO ZOLET

Professional with more than 20 years of experience in Composite area, knowledge in most important technical process (Vacuum Forming, Infusion, RTM, Spray Up, Hand Lay Up, Injection, Pultrusion, Continous Lamination, SMC, Filament Winding). Wide experience in Sales Department dealing with all clients in segments like: Automotive, Wind Power, Aerospacial, Naval, Agribusiness and Transport. At this time, was responsible to manage different areas of the company, like: Estrategic Planning, Production Management, Project Management, Team Management, Performance Risk and Resources Management, Suppliers Development and Management. International experience, trough participation in Conferences and Trade Fair in France, USA, China, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Germany, England. Since June 2021, working as Executive Director at Blue Wind Technology in Pensacola FL, which is recognized as a reference in the field of composites. Responsible for 130 people, and all areas such as Financial, HR, Production, Research & Development and Sales. Also responsible for the Business Plan of the company that aims to triple revenue in 5 years. Participations: Member of the Board of Directors of ALMACO – Latin American Association of Composite Materials. Volunteer at Sampe Brasil - technical association focused on disseminating knowledge of advanced engineering materials and processes.
