ABOUT JEAN-DANIEL DUHEM

As an experienced international executive in the B-to-B energy industry, I have successfully led transformations, restructurings and turnarounds of companies or subsidiaries within international structures under LBO. Over the last 15 years, I have succeeded in increasing Ebitda and cash flow despite oil price declines (20••••••••20) and the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have created value by transforming subsidiaries, restructuring them, developing them or creating new ones. I have also created value by changing business strategies, integrating the digitalisation of the industry and managing country and project risks. I have led teams in more than 15 different countries and united energies to exceed common goals. I have been responsible for P&L focusing on cash generation (LBO), compliance and integrity from small structures (€10m turnover) to large scopes such as Europe, Russia and Africa ( €100m turnover). My experiences include chairmanship and general management of international industrial P&L, development of large, multi-cultural and multi-functional teams, organisation, governance and change management, strategic visioning, repositioning and customer-focused business development, sustainability and CSR, sales and marketing development and key account management, recovery, restructuring and development, cash generation, working capital improvement and covenant compliance, project management, innovation and productivity.
