Goal of the project:\\\\nEvolutionary maintenance of the ARI (auchan retail international) exchange platform. Propose a service catalog for ARI project teams. Reduce the cognitive load of ARI developers.\\\\nTeam of 20 people operating under agile methodology.\\\\n\\\\nMission\\\\nCreate and share a docker-compose for a local Kafka environment including Akhq, Zookeeper, Kafka broker, schema_registry, and Keycloak, all authenticated with the OAuth2 mechanism.\\\\nSet up initial Back and Front-end tests with code coverage.\\\\nPrepare workshops to gather requirements, define a shared vocabulary.\\\\nEncourage using domain-specific terms within the code.\\\\nPut back demos on the menu and frame them with a Context/Solution/Value approach.\\\\nPropose organizational improvements, particularly regarding retrospectives.\\\\nAdd Grafana dashboards to add monitoring over ActiveMQ broker internals in order to make product teams more autonomous on their run.\\\\nShare knowledge through pair programming.\\\\n\\\\nOpinion over the project:\\\\nNo surprise, it is a platform with a highly diverse technological ecosystem where owning a technology is challenging, where versatile profiles are prevalent, and where dealing with legacy is an everyday battle.\\\\n\\\\nUsed technology:\\\\nJAVA 11 / Spring Boot / WireMock / Mockito / Hamcrest Matchers /\\\\nVueJs 2.7 / node10 / TS 3.9\\\\nGitHub Actions\\\\nVault\\\\nKeycloak 19\\\\nRundeck\\\\nMaven\\\\nExcalidraw\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
