Mostly doing research publishing articles on entrepreneurship and strategy, recently about Dubreuilville\'s strategic plan. Currently working on a book tracing back trade and commercial activities among First Peoples during the Paleolithic period, their modes of communication, and how companies, in the 21st century, could improve their behavior when attempting to conduct operations on First Peoples\' territories in Canada and elsewhere in the world.I have also kept teaching courses in International Management, Strategy, Business Environment and Environnement des Affaires at Laurentian University\'s Faculty of Management since the Winter 2023 Term.

ABOUT JEAN-CHARLES CACHON
Jean-Charles Cachon has been teaching entrepreneurship and organizational strategy at Laurentian U. since 1983. He is a member of the International Advisory Board in Management at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. He has given conferences at numerous Universities in Asia-Pacific, North-Africa, Europe and the Americas. J-Ch. Cachon is a former chair of the Small Business Research Group at Laurentian University. His research is focused on business among First Peoples in the Americas ans elsewhere, the retail sector, and entrepreneurs. He has authored over 90 publications (including Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research, J. of Small Bus. & Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Practice Rev, J. of Management Policy & Practice, J. of Applied Business & Economics, J. of Developmental Entrepreneurship, J. of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy, Int. GewerbeArchiv, J. of Australian Indigenous Issues, J. of Women’s Entrepreneurship & Education, Mediterranean J. of Soc. Sciences). He is on the editorial board of Innovaciones de Negocios, and a past Assoc. Ed. of the Entrepreneurial Practice Review and the International Journal of Organizational Diversity. Cachon worked or consulted with corporations including L\'Oréal Paris, Gordon Brothers, Fuller Industrial, Sudameris (Paribas Group) in international finance. He also consults for governments, health agencies, universities, SMEs, non-profits. He developed innovative teaching methods involving students with consulting work. Thanks to funding from the Martin Aboriginal Education fund, he set up a program in Entrepreneurship for Aboriginal high school students giving them access to University level Management studies.He comments for local, national, and international media since 1978. He has also been an executive in community organizations including the Sudbury Social Justice Coalition, the Resource Committee on Violence against Women and several minority organizations. He contributed as a volunteer to forums of national student organizations such as the Canadian Federation of Students. He has been a member of the senates and boards of governors of Hearst and Laurentian Universities and presided over many university committees.
