Some of the key areas of focus in this role included- Ensured compliance with all federal, state, and foreign government laws and regulations for imports and logistics, including managing the CTPAT certifications, Foreign Trade Zone, and US Customs filings- Maximized operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying, developing, and driving continuous and process improvement initiatives with supply planning and import accountability- Contributed to the key performance indicator (KPI) development across departments to support organization-wide productivity, operational improvements, and cost reduction.
