ABOUT JEAN BAPTISTE SARR
In a world where climate change threatens global food security, the future of agriculture lies at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and resilience. As a seasoned Agrologist with over two decades of experience in science based departments, I\'ve dedicated my career to cultivating solutions that nourish both people and planet. My expertise spans developing and implementing programs that enhance agri-environmental practices, agri-food processing, climate adaptation, and sustainable agriculture. I specialize in providing strategic leadership in agricultural research and innovation, leading high-performing teams, and delivering results in complex programs across agriculture, research, and international development. I am currently the director responsible for a federal government research centre dedicated to agri-food processing, including labs and pilot plants and with around a hundred employees. I value giving back to the society by volunteering for international cooperation organizations.
