Successfully led the Impact Management Framework (IMF), an organisational-wide change project that integrates innovation, economic, sustainability and wider eco-system impacts at the start of programmes, across Innovate UK, ensuring alignment with organisational goals- Built and supported the ongoing professional growth of a high-performing team of passionate individuals, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and innovation to drive the impact agenda forward- Established a comprehensive impact measurement toolkit to support the business, including templates, dynamic reporting, expert guidance, business support and governance structure which was integrated into operational processes- Successfully developed, implemented and iterated a GDS data collection system that meets organisational needs by being an intelligent customer- Developed an effective operating model focused on growth through continuous improvement, fostering a customer-centred approach and proactive stakeholder engagement- Developed a strategic 10-year roadmap for the IMF that built advocacy for continued change, expanding the scope of IMF and working towards influencing the wider eco-system- Championed the importance of impact, integrating it into the fabric of the organisation, laying groundwork for sustained success and lasting positive change.
