I work with the President and Controller to direct internal operations to achieve optimal results and to preserve the capital funds invested in the company. I facilitate the development and preparation of strategies based our vision, goals, and objectives. I lead the design and implementation of internal process controls to improve project delivery, internal communication, and relationships with the customer. I monitor, evaluate, and optimize processes for simplicity, effectiveness, efficiency, and flexibility. I help ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations. I work with controller to develop personnel policies, including compensation policies, employee benefit plans, and growth plans for employees. Additionally, I directed the initial development and lead the ongoing compliance requirements of the Paperless I9 product.
