   Currently my practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications in the United States and foreign countries. I have extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for general mechanical systems, medical devices, exercise equipment, oil and gas technologies, optics, and electrical devices for clients ranging from garage-inventors and start-ups to industry leaders and multi-national corporations. I also have substantial experience in other areas of intellectual property law, including policing of trademarks and copyrights, domain name enforcement via ICANN proceedings, and preparing license agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other IP related agreements.
