Here\'s my current journey!In my director role, I lead the efforts of training design and delivery for an innovative and fast paced organization that is focused on connecting consumers to free or low cost mobile phone and internet services. Our training team supports learning activities for approximately 120 internal employees and over 1500 external partners across the United States, India and Latin America. My top priorities are to-Design and deliver product and compliance training using job aids, e-learning modules, and virtual workshops-Facilitate training for internal employees and external partners-Manage the robust Learning Management System we implemented to deliver onboarding training, track training completion, and measure performance-Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly design and deliver training programs that align with business goals.
