I see the forest. and the trees.I am a strategic communications specialist with a B.A in Mass Communications/Journalism earned at The University of Olivet. I currently work at the Grand Rapids Community Media Center as a Community Services Specialist where I primarily provide donor relations services and guest hospitality. I have many years working, volunteering, and leading within non-profit organizations, previously as an Americorps service member at Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids as the Community Building & Engagement Communications Coordinator. I enjoy empowering people and organizations, and my passions include housing advocacy, food security, LGBTQ+ advocacy, the environment, the arts, and journalism.
