   At a young age, Swiss born and educated Jean-David (“JD”) SAUSER-Bebié launched his own career which commanded him to live and work in several countries, including Germany, France, Spain and soon thereafter most extensively in Latin America and the United States.Decades in the RE industry in Europe and the U.S. demonstrated Mr. Sauser’s true business finesse. JD’s expertise as a consultant in foreign real estate investments earned him a successful business life and he is touted as a true “visionary”. He has become a business mentor to expatriates in many countries throughout Latin America and the US.Jean-David was voted on public business forums “The Voice of Reason” after having warned of the looming Real Estate bubble which allowed him and many who sought solicitous advice from him to be liquid at the time of the collapse and buy into the real estate market when everybody else was forced to sell.In recent years, besides owning and operating his own Real Estate holdings, Mr. Sauser has directed his efforts to the development of food franchises and has attracted the interest and participation of some of the industries authoritative names such as McDonald’s famed Ray Kroc’s protégé and subsequent McDonald’s marketing director Tom Feltenstein who calls Mr. Sauser “a visionary” of the new Fast Casual wave. Tom’s 40+ insightful years of serving while educating franchising, retail and hospitality businesses coupled with Jean-Dean’s pizazz in the construction and real estate arena you’ve got all the ingredients (including the “secret sauce”) for what will certainly be a remarkable brand.
