I am responsible for overseeing the package fulfillment process, I lead a team of operation associates to ensure top-tier delivery service for our residents and clients. My additional duties include coaching and mentoring the operations team and on-boarding, training, and scheduling independent contract drivers. I manage the full scope of the fulfillment process at the warehouse and lead a team of operations associates tackling daily fulfillment. I Coordinate operations staff schedules and train, assess, and improve daily performance of operations associates. I manage independent contractor relations including on-boarding, training, and scheduling. I dispatch delivery drivers into efficient delivery routes. I problem solve conflicts as they arise and tackle ad-hoc tasks. I work with the customer service team to answer customer inquiries via call, text or email. I work closely with the area warehouse operations managers to provide constant improvements to existing processes and services. I organize and maintain package inventory using the Fetch platform.
