And at AirPortr, I conjured up a Bag Check-In service that\'s so loved, over users gave us a thumbs-up (NPS 86+!).• Introduced the art of AB testing and data-driven decision making at Literati. Think of it as our own little laboratory for figuring out how we can most make a difference to our users (and business metrics too, let’s face it).• From launching a School store for fundraising at Literati, to creating a social network where book nerds unite, and even making air travel feel less like a muggle struggle at AirPortr - I\'ve enjoyed being exposed to different industries. Oh, and I\'ve dabbled in lighting up villages in Rwanda, creating drones for Agriculture and my own podcast, because why not?Off duty, I\'m brewing coffee, whipping up a storm in the kitchen, or adventuring in the great outdoors.
