As a Property Manager at Lead Equity Group, I oversee the operations, marketing, hiring and development of team members, and community engagement of multifamily housing, ensuring high occupancy, retention, and investor satisfaction. I take high interest in coaching and mentoring my team members to develop their leadership and management skills, and foster a positive and collaborative work culture. With an Associate of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Tarrant County College, I have a strong background in science and analytical thinking, which helps me to solve complex problems and optimize processes across various fields. I am also skilled in Fair Housing regulations and compliance, which enables me to uphold ethical and legal standards in my industry. Being bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, has been a strong skill that has assisted me in understanding and reaching various demographics. I am passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, as well as helping others to reach their potential. Additionally, I am also deeply committed and passionately involved with St. Jude Children’s Hospital vision of finding cures and saving children; a vision that has changed the lives of thousands of children and families since their doors opened in 1962. As a St. Jude Hero ambassador, it is my honor to volunteer, participate in fundraising events, and to recruit new members who are also passionate with a vision of a better tomorrow and the greater good.
