ABOUT JOSH ROSEN

Josh Rosen is a partner in the Business Law group at Gowling WLG\'s Toronto office. His practice focuses on securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance for public and private companies. Josh works collaboratively with clients ranging in size from startups to large public companies operating in the technology, life sciences, cannabis, mining and entertainment sectors. He brings extensive expertise and a practical approach to a wide range of transactions, including going public transactions, equity and debt financing transactions, public and private M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity transactions, and on corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters. Much of Josh\'s experience is international in scope, working with clients active in Canada, the United States, Israel, Europe, Central America and South America. He has taken numerous emerging and growth companies public on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange via IPO, reverse takeover, direct listing and capital pool transactions.
