About J. D. McCloskey

Currently a member of the Network Regional Leadership Team for Project Delivery (T-Mobile Program). My team of project managers lead the project scheduling, customer interaction and timely updates, and budget management of small cell projects in the Central Region. My engineering backgrounds allows me to specialize in specific fiber-fed small cell capacity and coverage solutions for wireless technologies; with a focus on outdoor and public ROW deployments as a public utility, as well as neutral host indoor and/or private venue DAS/D-RAN solutions. Responsibilities have included planning, directing, designing and facilitating network systems, as well as facilitating the engineering implementation, estimation, the ongoing maintenance and modification of systems, and the management of personnel and district assets.> Servant Leader mentality with over ten years of management experience> Subject matter expert on small cell architecture and project management and deployment, including DAS OEMs, RRH/Small Cell OEMs, lit and dark fiber, CRAN, and optimization.> Expert knowledge of radio wave propagation fundamentals, link budget calculations, antenna theory, and optical transmission.> Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.> Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
