For renovations, we start with 3D laser scanning of existing spaces to generate accurate 2D CADs or 3D BIM models before renovation or design begins.When construction begins, our team visually documents the entire build using 360° photography, drone mapping, and time-lapse cameras — giving owners, contractors, and architects transparent, time-stamped insight into what was installed, where, and when.Every project is captured by our full-time, trained visual documentation staff, operating from offices across North America and providing an independent, third-party record that brings transparency, accountability, and long-term value to every phase of construction.
