At Seedcamp, Europe’s Seed Fund, I advise our founders on a range of Talent and People topics. In a portfolio of 470+ companies, I spend most of my time with our founders at Pre-Seed to Series A. My role covers the following areas- Advisory: Meeting with our founders to share best practice across a range of hiring and people management topics - Network: Connecting our founders with the best talent, advisors and partners across the Seedcamp Nation - Product: Build and maintain solutions that our founders can leverage to maximise their chances of finding, attracting and retaining the best candidates on the market.
