Risk management, assessment and mitigation on a daily basis- Responsible for subcontractor onboarding all the way from initial bidding, to Scope of Work (SOW) writing, to pre-construction meetings, to scheduling- Design review and coordination through submittals, and requests for information (RFIs)- Collaboration with Project Manager on cost management and assessment- Assist with enforcement of Clayco/OSHA safety protocols and documentation- Responsible for project correspondence including but not limited to: Owner Reports, construction updates, meeting minutes, inspection reports, shop drawings, material logs, etc- Collaborate in the acquisition and management of critical project documents, including Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) permits, certificates of insurance, corporate safety documents, contracts and more- Daily collaboration with corporate staff, company executives, project owner, and capital partners- Responsible to prepare and lead Owner, Contractor, Architect (OAC) meetings, PM/Foreman meetings, and construction coordination meetings.
