   I have over 10 years experience in advising clients on global VAT/GST and other indirect tax matters, with a particular specialization in clients operating in the digital services and e-commerce space. This includes- Advising digital economy clients on VAT/GST implications of sales to businesses and sales to consumers (i.e. B2B and B2C), including identification of VAT/GST obligations, remediation of VAT/GST exposures and negotiating reductions of penalties and interest- Providing advice on the VAT/GST treatment and optimization of complex cross border supply chains (both goods and services) from a VAT/GST perspective, as well as associated VAT/GST invoicing requirements and ERP configuration- Coordination and management of global indirect tax compliance, such as VAT/GST registrations, VAT/GST returns, Intrastat/EC Sales lists, partial exemption calculations and tax audit assistance- Advising on the VAT/GST implications of mergers, acquisitions and other company or supply chain restructuring, including due diligence, readiness and integration reviews- VAT/GST health checks and VAT/GST compliance governance, risk and controls reviews- Developing and presenting bespoke VAT/GST workshops and training sessions.
