Recruited to turn-around and fast-track high risk / high visibility projects within four fortune 500 Companies. • Implemented an internally developed Spend Management Platform for a global financial services company in order to control annual event spend. This newly launched integrated spend and payment reconciliation platform supports 1700+ events and 90+ million in event spend annually. • Recruited as part of the Change Management initiative for ITT as it pertained to their Workday (HR) implementation. Actively engaged domestic / international cross functional teams and documented stakeholder impacts affecting the new company’s policies, procedures, and business processes. • Led Change Management initiative for the Ingersoll Rand divestiture as it pertained to their Workday (HR) implementation. Engaged multiple domestic / international cross functional teams and documented change impacts affecting the “to be” company’s policies, procedures, and business processes. Worked closely with the Workday implementation team to align these change impacts with their project plan.• Led cross business / functional teams to successfully integrate acquired company\'s applications into ADT’s HR application portfolio. Payroll was the critical path application as ADT could not finalize this acquisition without a successful payroll system integration.• Implemented the first fully automated indirect channel order entry solution. Project participants included 3rd party business channel partners as well as internal cross functional teams Successfully implemented this solution utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies. • Implemented Click to Chat to support incremental National Call Center sales growth.$1.8M NPV in incremental sales benefits. • Implemented a new Indirect Marketing / Sales Channel. First year savings of $660K in dealer order acquisition costs and $500K in incremental sales benefits each year for the next 3 years.
