About Jeff Devon

Leveraging my experience through engagements with The NiVACK Group and, until recently, with CASME. I continue to coach and provide mentorship to those I have engaged with over the years. My career had many turns and twists given my spirit of adventure. I retired in 2017 as a procurement professional with broad experience ranging from marketing & advertising to technology (software and hardware), real estate, HR and professional services. I managed a global team of procurement professionals who delivered significant value to HP/HPE through aggressive procurement disciplines and rigorous supplier development activities. Creating an environment that promoted my team\'s experience and career development allowed me to retire with a strong team intact to continue the great work we were doing. Prior to my years in procurement with Chevron and HP, I worked in marketing and branding roles in a number of companies including WR Grace (American Cafe & Grace Culinary Systems), Schwan\'s and Chevron. I launched brands, developed products & promotions, managed Hispanic target-marketing programs & corporate sponsorships and marketed restaurant businesses. Leveraging that business-side experience with the procurement disciplines allowed me to deliver unique value to my stakeholders while creating collaborative relationships with key supplier partners.Specialties: Strategic sourcing through contract execution, negotiations, supplier development, supply chain management and personnel/staff development
