Skills Canada Alberta is a provincial, not-for-profit organization that actively promotes careers in skilled trades and technologies to young people in the province. We work collaboratively with industry, government and education stakeholders to inspire, develop and elevate Alberta’s youth. Our flagship event is where more than 750 high school and post-secondary students compete in one of 46 contest areas. The philosophy of the PSCC is to recognize youth for their excellence and to directly involve industry in evaluating student performance.As the Skills Alberta Registration coordinator I am collaborative, organized, efficient, and tech-savvy and play a key role on our Skills team by- Managing all elements of programming registration including online portal management, and onsite events- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our Secondary and Post-Secondary education partners- Planning and executing programs and events such as Team Alberta and Volunteer Appreciation- Recruiting and managing volunteers for events and program implementation
