Physical Education Teacher and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

My first year, I analyzed what was the current sport conditioning class\'s exercise selection and training progression, adding exercises emphasizing full body movements, posterior chain, and unilateral movements. I also taught health education where I gained invaluable classroom experience. This year I will continue teaching conditioning classes. I will also teach lifetime activities, exposing students to activities that will improve their health throughout their lives.
