Responsible for distributing and achieving project controls reports as appropriate.• Identify, assess, gain approval for, and distribute change requests, change notices and/or change orders in a manner compliant with internal governance standards and terms and conditions of relevant contracts (as appropriate).• Track and report project status, perform variance, and other data analyses at a level appropriate for the project.• Manage 70 funding projects under the Power Grid Organization -Transmission• Work with new staff on getting familiar with procedures, processes and usage of software Ecosys and P6 Primavera for cost analysis and forecasting. • Maintain and update vendor commitments and change-order requests in Ecosys along with maintaining and updating purchase orders, material costs, and internal labor in Primavera. • Reconcile monthly cost in both Ecosys and Primvera to ensure accuracy in the forecast.• Manage Change Order Requests (CORs) incorporating approved changes into schedules and forecasts.• Collaborate with Project Managers, Material Planners, Engineers, and internal crews on project planning, scheduling and costs.• Conduct monthly cost and forecast performance review meetings with Project Managers and Schedulers to recognize trends, over and under spending, and recommend corrective actions.
