ABOUT JEFF DAWSON
With 16 years of banking and corporate finance experience, Jeff is a seasoned finance professional with a breadth of banking and transactional experience across a wide array of industries.During his tenure in commercial banking, Jeff has had experience both with sales and origination of corporate relationships, credit underwriting, as well as risk and complex distressed loan management. In addition, Jeff has spent a number of years in the corporate finance / M&A market. This has entailed leading complex divestitures, acquisitions, debt restructures and other advisory mandates. Outside of the office, Jeff is an avid sports fan and former athlete. He has been a competitive curler since childhood, being a 3-time Ontario champion. He is an NCCP nationally certified coach and continues to coach at high performance curling camps throughout Canada and the US. He is also an avid volleyball player.
