   Work the seams between R&D, product design, and manufacturing. Ensure design robustness, manufacturability, and testability of electro-mechanical systems.• Designed custom bitstreams for Xilinx Virtex, Zynq and Zynq UltraScale+ FPGAs. Created custom Arm and MicroBlaze PetaLinux builds, including custom device trees, for these FPGAs to functionally test complex PCAs in production. Custom FPGA bitstreams and PetaLinux images were also created to bring-up, verify, and test new PCA’s before bare metal FW was operational.• Managed document creation and entry into QMS system.• Assisted in administering several multi-user Linux workstations including adapting the PetaLinux design flow to be based on custom Docker containers.• Created Work Instructions for electrical assemblies and provided training to technicians.
