I also serve as the EOS Integrator within our organization, having successfully implemented Traction EOS at Frazer to drive alignment, accountability, and disciplined execution across all teams.Additionally, I have been an active member of Vistage International since 2012, where I engage with other senior leaders to exchange ideas, foster innovation, and promote best practices in leadership and business growth.My Christian faith deeply informs my leadership principles and practices. Inspired by Philippians 4:13,\"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,\" I seek strength and guidance daily through my relationship with the God of Abraham and His Son, Yeshua (aka Jesus). Alongside my professional responsibilities, I am actively involved in a Friday evening Shabbat Fellowship and regularly participate in a vibrant, Spirit-filled church community in North Texas with my wife, grown son, and his family.I am conversationally fluent in Spanish and bring this capability to manage effectively in multicultural environments. My experiences span diverse industries, including emergency and mobile medical vehicle manufacturing, steel products distribution, modular building manufacturing, and software consulting.
