Independently working with CSULB staff, faculty, colleges, and district partners to actively manage and develop a variety of dual-enrollment programs (Ethnic Studies Initiative, Math 103, Early Start Math/English, and Pre-College Academy) that serve over 500 high school students in Long Beach, El Rancho, and Norwalk/La-Mirada School Districts- Directing outreach/recruitment efforts by working directly with district personnel, school counselors, and teachers- Developing and managing 3 non-credit professional programs from concept to completion in areas of construction, criminal justice, and digital marketing- Delivered extensive research, personal insight, data analysis, and ultimately presented as a part of the university-wide Data Fellows team, which is directly impacting the success and creation of a new credit based Summer Bridge program for first generation/low income students at CSULB.
