   As one of the members of Delivery Center for Optum Technology Government Solutions (OTGS) and Optum Technology Commercial Solutions (OTCS), joined the Release Management team to help improve, standardize and assist across multiple clients and projects in Release Management activities. • Responsible for tracking and controlling the environment stability and improve the natural progression of software development through multiple environments via cross-functional technical teams. • Assisting and improving communication channels and championed creating a team strategy to involve stake holders and resources to utilize the design that was put in place in communication processes. • Trained several other release managers to utilize in Optum standards and practices that the company put in place, which were modified and improved via standard Company wide processes. • Documenting and improved documentation of better addressing and tracking variety of environments and control of stability via Excel Spreadsheets and multiple industry standard tools. • Working with On and Off Shore teams, as well as travel to several client locations on regular basis to conduct Release Management required activities with onsite teams and face to face with the client. • Performing hands on configuration and Release Management deployment activities, utilizing Jenkins, Subversion (SVN), Linux, WebLogic and JDeveloper, as well as Microsoft Office Suite tools (Project, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Achieved successful completion of multiple projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies for full Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).
