I am a Sterile Processing Tech student transitioning into SPT, with a strong foundation in GMP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and in FDA and NSF compliant facility care. My current role has given me daily experience in environments where cleanliness, documentation, safety, and regulatory discipline are non-negotiable.In my warehouse management role, I maintain the cleanliness of an entire pharmaceutical buillding to FDA/NSF/GMP standards, manage materials in controlled conditions, and follow detailed SOPs with precision. Before that, I worked on the production team, supporting equipment cleaning, documentation, and contamination prevention. These responsibilities mirror many of the expectations in Sterile Processing- Following strict protocols- Maintaining a clean and controlled environment- Preventing contamination- Handling materials carefully- Documenting accurately- And supporting a larger clinical or production workflowI am now applying these skills to the hospital setting, with a focus on decontamination, prep/pack, sterilization principles, and patient safety. I guided conversations, modeled values-based living, and supported others in reconnecting with their gifts—laying a foundation for REEL Work’s philosophy of joy as liberation.Here’s what I do:Start conversations about what truly matters: how we can live in a way that lifts ourselves and others.Share and grow the New Happy philosophy, because happiness multiplies when we share it.Help people find their gifts and use them to create meaningful impact—small steps, big ripples.Live the mission, turning values into action every day, in ways that are simple but profound.This work is pro bono, but it’s priceless.
