I am a senior leader with broad, multidisciplinary expertise in commercial, engineering, technical, and program disciplines within the National Security Space sector. Through technical innovation, operational excellence, and a global network of industry partnerships, I deliver massive-scale programs and projects that make a meaningful difference to our national security posture and enrich our knowledge of the universe around us. As an expert in systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA), I advise leaders in the public, private, and military sectors on missions involving satellites, spacecraft, launch vehicles, and mission-critical systems in our national security operation. Career At-a-Glance: To date, I have completed 60+ successful high-stakes launch missions as the program director and chief engineer. Each represented the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone, grow professionally, and expand my technical and leadership repertoire further. Although I am proud of my consistent record of 100% award fee ratings and 100% mission success, my greatest achievement was earning the Distinguished Service Medal (Gold Medal), the NRO’s highest honor. Executing a successful space launch mission requires the coordinated efforts of thousands of people. I am known for building, leading, and integrating hundreds-strong teams that include engineers, scientists, mission planners, subject-matter experts, and defense contractors. I have fostered smooth collaboration with senior government officials, industry executives, global thought leaders, and cross-disciplinary teams. The relationships I built with commercial aerospace companies, government agencies, and military agencies have grown into solid partnerships that continue to add value today. The business acumen to lead effective commercial strategies for growth, expansion, and market development. At Arcfield, I spearheaded our first engagements with DoD and USSF clients, which significantly expanded our market share. Deep technical and engineering background in the aviation and aerospace sectors, which allows me to align technical objectives with national security goals, lead complex acquisition and integration efforts, eliminate sources of risk, and strengthen operational processes.
