More than 36 years of CATV management and technical operation experience creating and implementing policies, procedures and practices for Network Maintenance, Engineering, Technical Operations and other technical staff, with full proven knowledge in the preparation and execution of multimillion-dollar expense and capital budgets- Currently managing staff sizes of over 50 employees, including 6 managers and four supervisors, serving three systems with customers Experience, providing three lines of business (triple play- A Skilled Engineering, Network Maintenance, and Technical Operations Director in all functional sectors that comprises of Plant Maintenance, Head-end, Tech Ops, Constructions, Installations, Dispatch, etc- Extensive Experience with digital and analog technologies, which consists of Digital Video, High-Speed Data, Telephony, RFOG, GPON, Fiber Optics, Preventative Maintenance Network, FCC filings and rules and regulations, CLI programs (LAW, Geo Sniffer, etc.), various softwares (I-Glass, WatchTower, Scout, Path Trak, MacTrak, Continuity, etc.), and home-cert programs with JDSU, Trilithic and VeEX- Strong competent with most CATV-test equipment and their applications to company engineering standards as well as FCC operating guidelines- CPE/Trainer (certified proficiency examiner) from Installation-Head-end under the BSST program.
