Provides quality assurance on a joint-venture team that provides comprehensive design services for the Maryland Transit Administration\'s Baltimore Red Line, a new 14-mile light rail transit corridor. • Performs internal audits to ensure that all 15 FTA quality elements of an effective quality program are practiced and documented. Jointly led SunRail\'s FTA Triennial Review, which had no deficiencies, and assisted client leadership with subcontract compliance and performance. •Provides quality assurance on a program management support and oversight project for Broward County Transit in South Florida. The program is anticipated to exceed $16 billion over 30 years, covering a new transit system, new local bus routes, realignment and extension of existing fixed bus routes, expansion of the community shuttle program, and other multimodal investments, as well as transit facility expansions and improvements.
