ABOUT JOËLLE CROTEAU-WILLARD
I offer trauma and grief-informed psychotherapy as a Therapist-in-Training for adults navigating emotional complexity, life transitions, and loss. I work with individuals seeking clarity, grounding, and personal growth, including those navigating grief (of all kinds), pregnancy and infant loss, and periods of major life recalibration. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about making sense of what you’ve lived through. I support clients in reconnecting with themselves, especially when life no longer looks the way you thought it would. I bring several years of experience supporting individuals and families impacted by grief and loss, alongside over a decade of facilitating reflective, meaning-centered growth through group work and individualized support. My work is informed by narrative, somatic, and existential perspectives, and guided by The Inner Compass, a trauma- and grief-informed therapeutic model.I am currently completing my Masters in Counselling Psychology at Sofia University and am committed to ongoing professional and personal development. I also host The House of Mourning: Embodied Wisdom from Grief, Loss, and Trauma, a podcast exploring the emotional and relational dimensions of healing.I work with adults seeking thoughtful, grounded support during times of change, loss, and emotional complexity.
