With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, I am a seasoned executive, consultant, speaker, and author who is passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions for clients and communities. As the President of CrossMarc Services, a privately held commercial real estate advisory, brokerage and investment firm, I lead a team of professionals who strive to put client relationships and success at the center of everything we do. We operate in Central Florida, a dynamic and diverse market that offers exciting opportunities and challenges for real estate investors, developers, and tenants.In addition to my role at CrossMarc Services, I leverage my expertise and insights to provide valuable guidance and advice to executives, organizations, and educational institutions on building and sustaining success. I host a weekly radio show, The Crossman Conversation, where I discuss collaborative ways leaders can address challenging societal issues in a proactive way. I also founded Crossman Career Builders, a talent development organization that helps college students and young professionals reach their full potential, professionally and personally. I share my experience and story through my book, Career Killers/Career Builders: The Book Every Millennial Should Read, which has been requested by over 25 US universities. My mission is to inspire, empower, and coach the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
