My role as a PM is to execute IT projects in the Health and Human Services (HHS) and Law Enforcement (Sheriff\'s Office) space for the local county government. Serving as a county-wide PM, I led the successful project to upgrade all county devices to Windows 11 by a deadline - WIn10 EOS. My team and I met with over 25 distinct public service operational units to understand business needs in order to minimize risk and community impact of the OS upgrade. For our clinics, I led the EMR system migration (NextGen to Epic) used across all HHS divisions. I also served as the Training Coordinator, scheduling 920+ trainees for 60+ Epic related hands on computer classes over 2 months to prepare end users for the EMR transition. Led the project upgrading the OS and adding MFA to 80+ laptops for the Sheriff\'s Office for CJIS compliance as well as managing the new Dispatch system infrastructure build-out and implementation. Coordinated project work during deputy non-working time to reduce impacts to public safety operations. Completed all projects with high client satisfaction.
