Originally recruited during the final phase of the renovation of the historic building on North Calvert Street. Assumed coordination of the projects to to install all new CAT6 ethernet, fiber and wireless network infrastructure throughout the building. Assumed control of IT operations already running in a temporary facility being occupied during renovation. Designed the newly renovated server room space to accommodate existing server infrastructure, relocated the system and end user equipment to the new environment. Remove legacy hardware, update servers and consolidate services to modernize systems and reduce overhead. Manage VOIP Mitel based phone system by GTB Flexpoint. Added HVAC network connectivity securely behind existing infrastructure to allow remote management. Helped manage and train incoming employees on the HVAC management system. Remade company website on WordPress and tied to our Tessitura database on the backend, funded by a grant in conjunction with Development to fund the entire project and first years hosting cost were 100% covered, ultimately saving $250k on remake and 10k in annual budget vs original. Hired a Tessitura Database Coordinator to manage the database, collaborate with employees and implement data analytics dashboards, also paramount in implementing Tessitura’s TNEW integrated website to create a dynamic cost effective system that will allow for mode of sale, donations and other dynamic functionality to be controlled and captured via the house Tessitura database administration.
